This group was founded on June 11 2002  whereas I had a vision to be able to help folk in need.

Originally the group was formed in MSN groups and it was by word of mouth for those to become members and lots of members became involved helping out after 2 months as we were growing fast.

It was realised that folk had problems that felt they could not go to their spouses or family for help and quite often needed an outside touch, someone who cared, so we developed with a committee and it grew further from there.

Other visions became realised and we have helped members that needed financial assistance but I knew that was not enough so I also called on the committee to be able to chat to our members outside meeting times as some would get lonely and simply needed company which even to this day is working out well.

It was a long hard road with lots of prayer to what we have today.

More work is currently planned in respect of disabled members that cannot go to church and prerecorded church services will eventually be available within our group so they may listen on Sundays.

What is good about this group is we are always moving forward with lots of members willing to help. God knows our tomorrows and we know that so we can really say "We Are Family"
